If any fees apply in special circumstances, we will tell you before you are obligated to pay.

We will acknowledge your complaint within 2 business days and work to resolve it within 20 business days. If we cannot resolve it to your satisfaction, we will explain why and refer you to our external dispute resolution scheme.
